Fast food affect children in school academic value

During this time, we only know the type of food like fast food is bad for your health if consumed too frequently. But not only that, recent research reveals that fast food can also create decline in performance of children in school.

Statistically, there is a significant relationship between high consumption of fast food with low test scores. Maybe because this type of food served by fast food restaurants cause cognitive impairment, making their test results is low. Therefore, it is important for your children get a healthy meal, in order to support the ability of children in school.

Natural ways to increase the concentration of the child
