The High Carcinogen levels In Children Who Live With Smokers

Cancer-triggering substances (carcinogens) in tobacco was found in about 90% of the urine of children who live with smokers. Analysis of urine samples in approximately 79 children aged 1 month-10 years in the United States, also found that levels of tobacco carcinogens average about 8% higher than the levels commonly found in smokers. The findings were so surprising, the researchers initially did not suspect that high levels of carcinogens in children, but in fact greater than expected.
